has anyone been to one? im being forced to go to a therapist / psychologist and im terrified. dont noe what to expect? Advice? 

well im new at this and i feel like crap right now and im gonna cry. my life is so screwed up and the sad part is that no one cares. somethimes i feel like if i die no one will care. no one understands me does anyone else feel like this?
